Estimation Engineer.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, organized and experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

To prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to determine project costs Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and feasibility Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and clients to gather necessary data Assist in tendering, pricing strategies, and cost control measures Ensure estimates comply with project timelines and budgets Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts Obtain samples for finishes, materials etc. Obtain quotes from material suppliers and other service providers Ensure all purchased items are delivered in a timely manner Maintain records of all purchases, pricing and other important data Comply with Procurement Schedules for the purchase of equipment and materials (joinery and hardware) Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply and pricing options to generate quote comparison sheets

Required Skills/Abilities:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Proficient in Auto Cad & Quantity survey 1-2 Years experience (minimum) Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies and systems Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.) Ability to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Well-organized Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently Attention to detail
