Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer based in Warsan 3, Dubai. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Joinery and Decor Quotations, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing project estimation, and collaborating with teams to ensure accurate project costs. The role also requires conducting detailed research and analyzing project requirements to ensure effective cost planning while maintaining adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience with Joinery BOQ preparation and Project Estimation. Background in Interior Design or architecture Engineering and understanding of Joinery & Decoration works processes. Proficiency in Research and data analysis related to project requirements and cost estimation. Excellent Negotiation skills for vendor and contractor interactions. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-centric environment and communicate effectively. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proven experience in similar roles within the Joinery Fabrication is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Interior Design Engineering or related field is preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
