Job Description

One of the reputed companies in Dubai is looking for an Estimation Engineer for Stainless Steel Fabrication for Architectural metal works. The candidate should have relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, tender documents, and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads. Assist in tender submissions, pricing, rate analysis, and supplier/subcontractor quotations. Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of the product. Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules. Support contract administration, variation claims, and cost control activities. Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in estimates.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in cost estimation within the engineering, construction, or steel fabrication industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as Primavera, Microsoft Excel, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
