Estimation Engineer
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, review project drawings, and support the tendering process for upcoming projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs from drawings.
Analyze project specifications and technical requirements.
Request and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
Coordinate with project and procurement teams during tender preparation.
Prepare tender documents, cost summaries, and pricing sheets.
Assist in value engineering and cost optimization.
Maintain updated price lists and cost databases.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (as applicable).
2 years of GCC experience in estimation and quantity take-off.
Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, and tender procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software (AutoCAD, Excel, etc.).
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
