This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), project estimation, and conducting research related to civil engineering projects. The role also involves negotiating with suppliers and clients, as well as collaborating with the project team to ensure accurate cost estimation and project planning.
Qualifications
Experience in preparing BOQs and project estimation
Minimum 1 year UAE experience
Background in Civil Engineering and research
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively on-site in Dubai
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Prior experience in the scaffolding or construction industry is a plus
