We are looking for a

Civil Estimation Engineer

with hands-on experience in the construction field to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of construction methods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for civil construction projects. Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure accuracy of all estimations. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of project scope and costs. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare cost-effective solutions. Research and analyze the market rates of construction materials, labor, and equipment. Assist in tendering processes, including preparing proposals and bid documents. Monitor and update cost databases and estimation records for future projects. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of experience in civil construction estimation. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards. Proficient in MS Office; experience with estimation software (AutoCAD, MS Project, or specialized cost estimation tools) is a plus. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities.
