We are a leading interior fit-out company specializing in high-quality commercial, retail, and residential projects. With a strong portfolio and a reputation for excellence, we are looking for a skilled

Estimation Engineer

to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for fit-out projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and requirements to determine project scope. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Evaluate and compare prices, materials, and technical specifications. Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines. Support project teams with budget control and cost monitoring. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and client requirements.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent. Minimum 1 years of experience in fit-out estimation. Strong knowledge of market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Candidates with

Spouse Visa

preferred.
