Candidates must have UAE experience in landscaping.

- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material take-offs, and detailed pricing sheets.

- Preparation of project cost estimates.

- Assist in tender submissions, budget preparation, and value engineering.

- Ensure estimates are aligned with project scope and client requirements.

- Ensure estimates are completed within deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

- Assist site team on execution of projects as per design, detail & quotation.

- Sending enquiries to sub-contractors/suppliers.

- Collect different quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

- Identify material, labour cost and time.

- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical support.

Job Specifications & Requirements

:

- Candidate must have 4 - 5 years' experience in landscaping/ Contracting industry in UAE.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

- Strong knowledge of landscaping design principles, construction methods, and materials.

?- Preference for male candidates.

Pay : Based on Experience and Knowledge.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
