Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine accurate project requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary data.
Develop and maintain estimation databases and cost records.
Review tenders and proposals to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
Identify potential risks and suggest cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in construction projects.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
