Job Description

We are urgently seeking for a

Quantity Surveyor(QS)

those who have Interior

Fit out and construction project

experience in Dubai.



Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.

Assist in developing accurate BOQs and project budgets. Support senior QS and Estimation team during tendering and bidding phases. Review project documentation and identify costing discrepancies. Work with procurement to get material and subcontractor quotes. Maintain updated records of unit rates, material prices, and vendor databases. Analyse project costs and assist in preparing monthly valuation and cost reports. Collaborate with project engineers and site staff to monitor actual vs. estimated costs.

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in

Civil Engineering

or Quantity Surveying. Minimum 2

years of UAE experience

in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, PlanSwift, or similar). Familiar with UAE construction standards, tender procedures, and contracting practices. Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Team player with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Strong knowledge of

local materials, suppliers, and market rates

. Proficiency in cost estimation software and spreadsheets. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
