Lead and manage the estimation team for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure accurate and timely delivery of cost estimates.
Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes and provide strategic recommendations.
Monitor market trends in material costs, labor, and construction techniques.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and company policies.
Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
Education:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Experience:
15-20 years in building construction estimation
Strong knowledge of construction methods, material specifications, and cost control.
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team under tight deadlines.
