Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with expertise in ELV systems to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, local regulations, and a proven track record in tender submissions within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, BMS, FAS, AV, etc.) including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure technical and commercial compliance with SIRA, DCD, and other UAE authority standards.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to negotiate competitive pricing and clarify technical requirements.
• Utilize estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam), AutoCAD, and MS Office (Excel, Project) to generate accurate proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to align estimates with project scope and timelines.
• Participate in tender submissions, risk assessments, and post-bid analysis.
• Stay updated on market trends, material costs, and emerging ELV technologies.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in ELV estimation in the UAE, with hands-on expertise in SIRA-certified systems.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in ELV systems (CCTV, ACS, BMS, Structured Cabling, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of local regulations (SIRA, DCD, Dubai Police, Civil Defense).
