Job description
-Reviewing project plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Detail checking of drawing and specifications
-Preparation of detailed BOQ including complete breakdown, quantity take off, pricing, exclusions and terms & conditions.
-Preparation of project cost estimates.
-Collect different quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
-Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical support.
Identify material, labour cost and time.
-Sending enquiries to sub-contractors/suppliers.
