We are looking for a suitable candidate for the roll of estimation engineer with 5 years of experience in fitout industry. Should also have knowledge on MEP.
Rolls and responsibilities
Site survey and checking of existing conditions
Preparation of BOQ
Taking off the quantity as per drawing
Preparation of cost sheet and price analysis
Floating the tender in the market if required.
Finalizing the suitable sub contractor and suppliers
Prepartion of IPA and submitting to the client for the bills
Co ordination with client and project team, accounts for the preparation of invoices
Tracking of the project as per the planned budget.
Preparing of the project document, contracts.
