Job Description

We are looking for an Estimation Engineer to join our Facilities Management (FM) division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FM estimation, with hands-on experience in preparing competitive bids for services such as rope access, facade cleaning, high-level maintenance, soft services, and civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

Review tender documents, scope of work, and service specifications for FM projects. Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals. Estimate FM services including HVAC, plumbing, rope access, facade cleaning, landscaping, and pest control. Develop manpower plans based on service level requirements and contract scope. Conduct site visits to validate scope, assess risks, and ensure accurate pricing. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather competitive quotations. Support bid submissions with pricing breakdowns, clarifications, and cost-saving options. Maintain an updated cost database reflecting market trends in materials, labor, and equipment. Ensure all estimates comply with technical requirements, HSE standards, and internal policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, or Civil Engineering. 4-6 years of estimation experience in a Facilities Management company. HSE awareness or NEBOSH certification is an advantage. U.A.E driving license.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
