Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimations and quotations based on project specifications.
Draft and submit commercial offers, technical submittals, and supporting documents.
Modify and prepare AutoCAD drawings for technical proposals.
Send
RFQs to vendors/subcontractors
, evaluate quotations, and prepare comparison sheets.
Issue purchase orders
, follow up on deliveries, and coordinate with logistics.
Liaise with the
inventory team
to manage stock levels and ensure material availability.
Follow up on offers submitted
, ensure timely feedback, and address client queries.
Coordinate with customers for technical clarifications
and support pre-sales discussions.
Prepare and maintain
weekly and monthly reports

Perform
general administrative tasks

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

1-2 years of relevant experience;
experience in Solar PV or Solar Thermal Systems is preferred

Proficient in
AutoCAD
and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate between departments.
