Job Description

We are looking for a detailed-oriented Estimation Engineer who will be responsible for preparing cost estimations and bid proposals for high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and negotiation skills to handle tenders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to prepare cost estimates.
Prepare accurate BOQs based on drawings and specifications.
Solicit and analyze quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare tender documents and commercial proposals.
Identify cost-saving options through value engineering.
Track market prices for materials, labor, and services.
Prepare cash flow projections and cost reports.
Participate in tender meetings and clarification sessions.
Coordinate with project and procurement teams for finalization.
Maintain estimation database and pricing history for future reference.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 5 years of estimation experience in the UAE (high-rise projects).
Knowledge of construction materials, local market rates, and labor costs.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy).
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Valid UAE Driving License required
