One of our client in Dubai is looking out for an Estimation Engineer specializing in Interior Joinery & Fit Out, You will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for interior Joinery & fit-out projects. Your role will involve working closely with project managers, architects, and suppliers to determine material and labor costs. Responsibilities
- Analyze project documents, including blueprints, specifications, and scope of work.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to understand project requirements.
- Source and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Review project designs and propose cost-saving alternatives.
- Develop and maintain a database of material and labor costs.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.
- Present estimates to clients and respond to their queries.
- Bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in estimating Joinery and interior fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
