Technical Engineer (Faaade Experience Only): Required to manage projects from concept to completion for project deliverables. Responsibilities: A Ensure compliance with customer requirements & specifications A Consult with engineering staff on systems and equipment to create and revise technical documentation A Analyze and interpret engineering drawings and other technical data to translate information into technical documentation A Prepare construction technical plan A Prepare method statements & procedures related to construction & technical features for the aspect of work A Coordinate the approval of drawings and specifications and coordinate communication to internal and external stakeholders A Make technical submittal package and send to clients A Create, log & track project communications, documents, and all related information A Perform other related duties as required A Familiar with British & Global Standards used in the UAE and other technical specifications Skills & Competencies: A Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineer A Glass/Aluminum background A Experience in design, technical submissions, drawing A In-depth knowledge of applicable codes and standards A Knowledge of construction systems, assemblies & products A Ability to read & understand project specs A Good communication skills to interact with clients and participate in meetings Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
