Fire Protection / MEP& Requirements:
Minimum
7 years of proven experience
as an Estimation EngineerQatar experience is mandatory
(minimum 7 years)MMUP / UPDA Certified Engineer
(Grade A, B, or C) Strong knowledge ofNFPA
andQCD regulations and standards
Proven experience incost analysis, tender documentation, and technical compliance reviews
Strong technical knowledge ofFire Alarm
andFire Fighting systems
Ability to interprettender documents, drawings, and technical specifications
Proficiency in preparingdetailed BOQs, cost breakdowns, and value engineering proposals
Experience in coordinating withsuppliers and subcontractors
for pricing and technical compliance Familiarity withQatar Construction Specifications (QCS)
and local authority requirements Skilled in usingestimation software and Excel-based costing tools
Ability to prepare and submittechnical and commercial proposals
within tight deadlines Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail in reviewing project scope and identifying risksJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
