Job Description
Delta Corporation is seeking a
skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer
to join our dynamic Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project specifications, and supporting proposal development for Oil & Gas and manufacturing projects.Key Responsibilities:
Review tender documents, technical specifications, and project requirements. Prepare accurate material take-offs, labor, and cost estimates based on drawings and BOQs. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams for pricing and technical inputs. Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines. Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitiveness and compliance. Assist in risk evaluation and cost optimization during the bidding phase. Maintain estimation records and update cost databases. Ensure adherence to company standards, QHSE policies, and client requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
(or related field). Minimum3-5 years of experience
in cost estimation withinOil & Gas or manufacturing industries
. Proficiency inSAP, AutoCAD, and MS Office
applications. Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of fabrication, machining, and equipment manufacturing processes is an advantage.Job Type: Full-time
