Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.
Minimum 10 years of work experience in cost estimation within the construction or engineering industry.
Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) or similar credentials are preferred.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost analysis.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present information.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Demonstrated understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards is crucial.
