to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating project requirements, analyzing tender documents, and coordinating with operations and procurement teams to develop competitive bids for maintenance and facility management projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for FM projects (MEP, civil, and soft services).
Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.
Support the technical and commercial team during bid preparation.
Ensure all estimates are aligned with company policies and market standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation, preferably within the
Facility Management industry
.
Strong knowledge of FM services, maintenance operations, and cost analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
