Proven experience in civil infrastructure estimation or quantity surveying
Strong knowledge of construction costs, materials, and methods
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and teamwork abilities
