Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for civil projects.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure precise estimation.
Provide technical input and value engineering solutions during bidding stages.
Maintain updated knowledge of industry standards, materials, and pricing trends.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering.
Minimum
5 years of experience in estimation, specifically in sandwich panels, cladding, fire doors, and passive fire systems.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, codes, and standards.
Proficiency in estimation software/tools and MS Office.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
