Estimation Engineer
We seek a skilled
Estimation Engineer
with a minimum of 2 years of experience in cost estimation for villa renovation, landscaping, and swimming pool construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of material take-offs, BOQs, and cost analysis with excellent attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for villa renovation, landscaping, and swimming pool works Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations Analyze project specifications and determine project costs Create and submit BOQs and tender documentation Collaborate with the project and sales teams to support client proposals Track and update cost databases and material pricing
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Proven experience in estimation for villa renovation, landscaping, and swimming pool projects Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
