Industry: Fiberglass / GRP / FRP / Composites

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our growing Fiberglass (GRP/FRP) manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, costing expertise, and hands-on experience in GRP products and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for GRP/FRP products and projects

Study tender documents, drawings, and specifications

Coordinate with production, procurement, and project teams for accurate costing

Analyze material, labor, tooling, and overhead costs

Assist in tender submissions, clarifications, and negotiations

Maintain estimation databases and pricing records

Support value engineering and cost optimization

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Chemical / Composites preferred)

2- 4 years of experience in estimation within Fiberglass / GRP / FRP industry

Strong knowledge of GRP tanks, pipes, panels, gratings, custom moulded products

Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software

Familiar with UAE market rates, suppliers, and standards

Good communication and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

UAE experience.

Immediate or short notice period

Experience with industrial, infrastructure, or utility projects
