Estimation Engineer
to join our team and support our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates and BOQs based on project drawings and specifications.
Analyze project requirements, materials, and labour costs to develop accurate estimations.
Review tender documents and ensure all requirements are properly addressed.
Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for pricing and technical inputs.
Prepare and submit competitive bids within deadlines.
Maintain records of all estimates, tenders, and revisions.
Participate in value engineering and cost optimization discussions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in construction or contracting.
Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, costing, and market rates in the UAE.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
