Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic results driven Estimation Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC systems. Conduct quantity take-offs, material, and labor cost analysis for HVAC equipment and installations. Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and ensure competitive pricing. Evaluate project risks and provide value engineering solutions to optimize cost and efficiency. Liaise with project managers, design engineers, and clients to clarify scope, specifications, and requirements. Maintain updated records of pricing, supplier databases, and historical cost data for future reference. Support in contract negotiations and provide technical/financial clarifications during the bidding stage. Ensure all estimation work complies with company standards, industry codes, and project requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, equipment, and installation practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
