Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or related field).
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in estimation works.
Strong knowledge of estimation procedures, cost analysis, and BOQ preparation.
Ability to conduct site visits, gather project requirements, and prepare accurate estimates.
Proficiency in Estimation-related software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects based on drawings, specifications, and site visits.
Conduct site inspections to collect relevant project details.
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
Prepare BOQ, technical submissions, and cost comparisons.
Support the project team with estimation-related tasks and documentation.
Perform all other related works as required.
