Study and analyze tender documents (drawings, BOQ, specifications, etc.).
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil and infrastructure projects.
Use CCS Candy for estimating, pricing, and reporting.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Collaborate with technical, procurement, and planning teams to develop comprehensive bid proposals.
Update cost databases and maintain current market price knowledge.
Participate in bid clarifications, site visits, and pre-tender meetings when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
More than 7 years of experience in construction estimation.
Proficiency in CCS Candy is mandatory.
Strong command of MS Excel and AutoCAD; Primavera knowledge is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
