Estimation And Procurement Engineer Wanted
Job Description
Prepare shop drawings for Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems and CCTV systems, including layouts and schematic diagrams, in line with project specifications.
Develop and update as-built drawings based on site implementation and red-line markups.
Act as a QCDD-approved engineer, attend QCDD inspections, and coordinate the required documentation and compliance processes.
Handle the procurement of maintenance materials for fire protection systems to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
Perform cost estimation for maintenance works in accordance with the client's scope and requirements.
Supervise and manage project site execution, ensuring proper installation and functionality of all fire systems.
Prepare estimations and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on finalized drawings.
Ensure all drawings comply with MOI SSD standards and other relevant local authority requirements.
