The Role
Greetings from Daniel & Philip's Leaf - DPL Group, a leading recruitment consultancy based in GCC Our client is a leading suppliers of Structural Steel Buildings based in RAK. Responsibilities & Duties . Establish efficient guidelines of design and estimating codes and standards. . Develop estimation price list in accordance to the company's standards. . Establish standard proposal offer . Review and check the designed, estimated and drawing of new / revised quotations done by design/estimating engineering and ensures their accuracy. . Supervise and take necessary actions to rectify problems. . Update required technical information for the department. . Ensure that the personnel are meeting deadlines and meeting company and customer's expectations. . Interact with customers and respond to customers' inquires. . Close coordination with customer services, engineering, and purchasing departments and area offices.
Requirements
Job Related Competencies & Specifications Educational background & Experience: . Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering. . Minimum 12-15 years' experience in estimating of steel structures or pre-fabricated steel structures in UAE, Knowledge , skill and competencies: . Extensive Knowledge International design and building codes such as MBMA, IBC, AISC and AISI. . Knowledge of MBS, STAAD software. . Proficient in other computer applications including MS office. . Fluent in English with typing skill. . Analytical thinker with strong leadership skill. . Excellent organizational and communication skills. . Strong interpersonal skill. . Candidate should be in UAE and with UAE EXP from PEB OR Hot Rolled Steel Structures is a must Candidate should be in UAE and with UAE EXP from PEB OR Hot Rolled Steel Structures is a must
