Job Description
ESH Contractor will be responsible to support all the ESH initiatives and activities of Flow Controls, Dubai situated in Emerson FZE. The ESH Contractor will be directly reporting to Plant ESH Supervisor. The objective of this role is to contribute towards the NO INJURY goal and continual improvement in ESH performance at Final Control, Dubai Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Effective implementation of ESH programs
- Improve the effectiveness of ESH training and inspections
- Support Green Teams in the execution of GHG Reduction Programs
- Automation of ESH reporting & follow up processes
- Timely close out of Hazards logged in Velocity
- Ensure ESH audits & inspections monitored by HSE are completed on time
- Support in Waste Management & Reporting
- Support in preparing reports/slides for monthly reporting, training and inspections, Risk alerts and safety walks, posters and safety notices
- Support in measuring effectiveness of ESH trainings, inspections & audits
- Support in creating JSA
- Support in incident investigation and reporting
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Production /Manufacturing/ Instrumentation)
- 3 years of experience in ESH function
- IOSH/NEBOSH Certification
