We a looking for lively, energetic and outgoing game masters to join our team. If you like to work hard and play hard, please read on, we can't wait to meet you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing lively & exceptional customer service to clients before, during and after every game.
Operating games efficiently and professionally.
Resetting and reloading all our game rooms as needed.
Maintaining cleanliness of the office and game rooms and all other tools.
Maintaining the rooms in a working condition by repairing minor faults and escalating those you can not handle in a timely manner.
Answering phone, email, IM and in-person inquiries.
Participate in lead generation efforts.
Act in any of our rooms during games as required.
REQUIREMENTS
You must be willing to work flexible schedules (morning or evening).
You must be willing to work paid overtime when required.
You must be willing to work weekends and nights.
You must be willing to work six (6) days a week with one day off (Off day will always fall on a weekday)
You must be willing to act inside any of our escape rooms as needed.
You must be willing to appear in our SMM videos and pictures as needed.
You must be willing to be assigned to our different branches across Dubai.
You must be proficient in the use of a PC.
Only immediate joiners will be considered.
QUALIFICATIONS
Customer service Experience is a MUST.
Sales experience is a big plus.
UAE experience preferred but not mandatory.
Must speak PERFECT English.
