We a looking for lively, energetic and outgoing game master to join our team . If you like to work hard and play hard, please read on, we can't wait to meet you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing lively & exceptional customer service to clients before, during and after every game. Operating games efficiently and professionally. Resetting and reloading all our game rooms as needed. Maintaining cleanliness of the office and game rooms . Evaluate game process and procedures and recommend improvements. Answering phone, email, IM and in-person inquiries. Manage gaming operations and report game status to management on daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS

You must be willing to work flexible schedules (morning or evening). You must be willing to work weekends. Good in MS. Office You must be proficient in the use of a PC. Only immediate joiners will be considered.

QUALIFICATIONS

Customer service Experience is preferred. Sales experience is a big plus. UAE experience preferred but not mandatory. Experience working in an escape room is a big plus. Must speak PERFECT English.
