ERPNext Developer/Administrator Mandatory Requirements 1- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2- Proven experience in developing and customizing ERPNext, including modules, workflows, and reports. 3- Strong knowledge of Python programming language and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). 4- Familiarity with ERPNext architecture, data structures, and customization framework. 5- Experience in integrating ERPNext with other systems using APIs or middleware. 6- Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into ERPNext configurations. 7- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues within the ERPNext environment. 8- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders. 9- Experience with Linux server administration and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL). 10- Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment options for ERPNext (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. Role and Responsibility 1- Develop and customize ERPNext modules and workflows to align with our business processes. 2- Gather requirements from different departments and stakeholders and translate them into ERPNext configurations and customizations. 3- Perform system configuration, including setting up roles, permissions, workflows, and data structures. 4- Create and maintain documentation related to ERPNext configuration, customization, and system administration. 5- Integrate ERPNext with other business applications, such as CRM, HR systems, or e-commerce platforms. 6- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, identify improvements, and optimize ERPNext usage. 7- Provide end-user training and support on ERPNext functionality and best practices. 8- Perform system administration tasks, including user management, backups, security, and performance monitoring. 9- Stay updated with the latest ERPNext features, releases, and community developments. 10- Collaborate with the ERPNext community and forums to seek advice, share knowledge, and contribute to the open-source community Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
