KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop long-term plans and integrated systems to improve operational processes and organizational efficiency.
• Assist in reducing organizational waste.
• Collaborate closely with members of the dept. teams to optimize systems that meet production goals.
• Write, develop, install, or debug code for ERP strategies and programs.
• Provided recommendations to the department head on ways to optimize existing software programs and business processes.
• Evaluate enterprise needs and analyze data-related optimization.
• Gather data on integration issues & vulnerabilities and report all findings, including improvement recommendations.
• Ability to manage ERP applications storage, database, backups, and annual restore tests
• Manage disaster recovery systems for ERP
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for enterprise systems.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
