Job Description

Job Summary:

Manage technical component of ERP system.

Responsibilities:

Technical processes

Design, develop and deploy codes on the production. Design, develop and deploy technical objects in ERP and Oracle Discoverer. Perform day-to-day maintenance on the ERP system, as well as installing new upgrades and testing for bugs. Act as a gatekeeper of the ERP system Deploy system testing during patching and upgrades. Perform analysis on current business practices, gap analysis, design and configuration of Oracle system. Ensure proper documentation and control is implemented. Facilitate vendor with understanding understand existing solution and tracking and ensuring uniformity across new rollouts.

Training and support

Offer end user training for technical functions. Identify employee needs and create a cohesive plan for the manager of potential modifications to the system.

Implementation

Lead technical activities during ERP implementation phases Support vendor in configuring and deploying modules as per project scope Validate data migration and support UAT execution Ensure ERP workflows align with the organization's approval hierarchy

Requirements:

Business Capabilities:

2 - 4+ years' experience in Oracle Applications Deep knowledge of Oracle Application Architecture ITIL foundation certificate is desirable Oracle Certification is highly desirable

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong communication skills Works well in a team environment Excellent skills in organization and conflict management

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
