POSITION
ERP Specialist
LOCATION
Private Estate - UAE
The client will apply for the work visa and provide relocation if not local.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The ERP Specialist will manage, support, and optimise the estateu0027s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring seamless integration across procurement, inventory, fleet, HR, finance, and facilities management. The role enhances workflow automation, ensures system configurations match operational needs, and provides analytical insights to support informed decision-making across departments.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Bacheloru0027s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience with the Odoo ERP platform is essential.
• Certification in Database Management, Business Process Automation, or Systems Analysis is an advantage.
• Python programming skills are considered an added advantage.
• Knowledge of UAE data security and IT compliance standards preferred.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Experience

• 4-6 years of hands-on ERP implementation, configuration, and support.
• Experience within facilities management, engineering environments, or private estates is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ERP integrations for inventory control, procurement, asset tracking, HR/payroll, and operational workflows.
• Exposure to data migration, workflow customisation, and ERP reporting/dashboard creation.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
ERP System Management

• Administer and maintain the ERP system across procurement, warehousing, fleet tracking, and maintenance scheduling.
• Customise modules and workflows to match estate procedures.
• Ensure system uptime, performance monitoring, and data integrity.
• Plan and implement upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Test new features and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

User Training & Support

• Train staff on ERP functionality, reporting tools, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage role-based access controls.
• Provide ongoing support during system enhancements and updates.

Integration & Automation

• Integrate ERP with third-party tools such as biometric attendance, GPS tracking, and accounting software.
• Implement automated workflows, notifications, and approval processes for procurement, maintenance, and HR forms.

Security & Compliance

• Maintain ERP security protocols and access control policies.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and UAE digital regulations.
• Manage backups, audit trails, and system documentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and HR to align system usage with operational needs.
• Attend planning meetings and propose system-based process improvements.
• Liaise with ERP vendors and third-party developers as needed.

SALARY
? AED 8,000 depending on experience
