, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations within ERPNext, while also driving efficiency through data visibility and reporting. This role combines hands-on ERP transaction handling with cross-functional coordination, helping departments stay aligned with system processes and data standards.
In addition to managing operational activities across procurement, inventory, sales, manufacturing, and project modules, the role includes developing insightful dashboards and reports using
Excel and Power BI
to support management decisions. You'll ensure data accuracy in the system, follow up on workflow bottlenecks, assist users with issues, and bridge communication with the ERP technical team for enhancements or issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations in ERPNext to ensure consistent and accurate data entry.
Actively support teams across departments to follow workflows correctly and resolve ERP-related issues.
Develop and maintain operational
dashboards, trackers, and reports
using
Excel, Power BI
, or similar tools to provide visibility into key metrics and KPIs.
Validate the accuracy of transactional data and assist in correcting mismatches or inconsistencies.
Work with ERP developers/support team to troubleshoot issues, suggest improvements, and ensure timely resolutions.
Train and support users, maintain documentation, and promote best practices in ERP usage.
Assist in generating custom reports and tools for various departments, including finance, logistics, and operations.
Monitor and follow up on pending transactions, approvals, and document workflows.
Skills & Qualifications:
2-4 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably ERPNext).
Strong working knowledge of
Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data models)
and
Power BI
or equivalent BI/reporting tools.
Understanding of operational workflows across purchasing, sales, inventory, projects, or manufacturing.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to identify and resolve data or process issues.
Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards and operational trackers.
