Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of ERP systems Collaborate with department heads to understand business processes and translate them into ERP solutions Manage vendor relationships and ensure system compliance and best practices Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues while ensuring data integrity and security Lead user training and support initiatives across departments Generate reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an ERP Manager or similar role, preferably in real estate or a related industry In-depth knowledge of leading ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
