Lead end-to-end implementation of the POS (Point of Sale) module within the Polaris ERP ecosystem.
Conduct on-site and remote POS training sessions for the clients, ensuring staff understand daily operations, workflows, and reporting features.
Configure and test POS systems, ensuring smooth integration with inventory, sales, and accounting modules.
Collaborate with clients to understand their front-of-house operations and tailor setup and training according to their restaurant concept.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful system go-live and seamless transition from implementation to support.
Provide post-implementation assistance and ongoing training for new staff or system updates.
Collect client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance training materials and POS usability.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on best practices for POS operations in the F&B industry.
What We Are Looking For:
2-3 years of experience in ERP or POS implementation, user training, or software onboarding.
Strong understanding of POS workflows, billing, and daily operations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
A proactive, customer-focused approach and passion for helping businesses streamline operations.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Willingness to travel to client sites for training and setup.
