Overall supervision of ERP development / operations team, providing guidance, support.
Monitor/evaluate system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of the product.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, policies, and procedures, to support system usage and troubleshooting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Software development / System Design experience, preferably in Angular / MS SQL platform.
Implementation / Training / Project management experience with expertise in system design / function consultancy.
Experience in software development company.
Expertise in all modules related ERP / HRMS / FMS.
Experience in Contracting Domain will be an advantage.
Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Business Administration or in related field.
Proven experience as a senior person in software development company.
Expertise in complete SDLC of ERP / HRMS / FMS software.
Strong Project management / Team building skills with the ability to lead complex ERP implementation projects from conception to completion.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
