Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience :

1+ years (preference for experience in the UAE)

Skills :

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing ERP systems. Understanding of production planning, processes, and costing. Accounting knowledge related to various ERP modules Ability to understand customer business processes and map them to the ERP system. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with programming languages (SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery). Excellent communication skills.

Note

Preference will be given to candidates who are currently working in the UAE or have prior experience in the region.

Responsiblity:

ERP System Proficiency



In-depth knowledge of manufacturing ERP systems, including how different modules (production, inventory, sales, purchase, finance and hr) interact and flow together.

Experience in customizing and configuring ERP software to meet specific manufacturing needs.

Accounting knowledge related to various ERP modules, including sales, purchasing, inventory, and production



Manufacturing Processes



Understanding of production planning, production process, costing, inventory management & quality control.



Project Management



Skills in managing ERP implementation projects, including scope, timeline, and resource management.

Gather and Analyse the requirements to identify key functionalities that the customer is looking for in the ERP system. This includes understanding their business processes and how they operate

Create a clear mapping between the customer's requirements and the corresponding features of the product. This may involve using tools like requirement matrices or gap analysis.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including production, finance, and IT.

Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that customer insights are incorporated into product enhancements and marketing strategies

Requirements:

Technical Skills



Prepare demonstrations or presentations that highlight how specific product features can address the customer's unique challenges and deliver value to their operations.

Familiarity with programming languages and tools related to ERP systems (SQL Server, Html, JavaScript, jQuery).

Perference :

Current or Previous Employment in the UAE



Preference will be given to candidates who are currently working in the UAE or have prior experience in the region. This ensures familiarity with the local market and business practices.
