Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented

ERP Finance Executive

to join our UAE team. The ideal candidate will specialize in finance modules of ERP systems, manage customer onboarding for finance workflows, support clients in accounting operations, and assist in implementing financial modules within our Speed ERP ecosystem.

This role requires strong financial knowledge, ERP experience, and excellent communication skills to ensure customer success, system adoption, and process optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesERP Finance Module Implementation

Configure, implement, and support core finance modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, and Financial Reports). Assist clients in migrating financial data and validating accounting entries.

Customer Support & Training

Provide training to customers on finance-related workflows in Speed ERP. Troubleshoot finance module issues and coordinate with technical teams for solutions.

Financial Operations & Reporting

Work closely with clients to streamline their ERP-based accounting processes. Support monthly/quarterly closing activities and ensure accurate reporting through the ERP system.

Process Optimization

Analyze client financial workflows and recommend best practices. Understand customer needs and suggest additional ERP features/modules to improve efficiency.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain documentation of system configurations, SOPs, and user guides. Ensure financial data integrity and alignment with UAE accounting standards (IFRS compliance preferred).

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of experience in ERP finance module support, accounting, or finance operations. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and bookkeeping. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Speed ERP, Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, Odoo, etc.). Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Ability to analyze financial workflows and provide actionable recommendations. Experience working with clients in UAE/GCC is preferred. UAE driving license is a plus.
