Odoo Developer
with strong expertise to join our growing team and contribute to the development, customization and optimization of our enterprise systems.
Position Overview
The Odoo Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining the company's Odoo ERP system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customizing Odoo modules, integrating third-party applications and ensuring the Odoo ERP system supports all business operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize and maintain
Odoo modules
to meet business requirements.
Integrate Odoo with other applications.
Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, etc.) to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows and user guides.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues promptly.
Ensure data accuracy, system security and compliance with company policies.
Conduct system testing, upgrades and performance tuning.
Provide user training and technical support for Odoo modules.
Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, community modules and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in ERP development with a strong focus on
Odoo
.
Proficient in
Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
and related technologies.
Experience with
Odoo frameworks, API integration
and
module customization
.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of business processes such as Accounting, HR, Inventory, CRM and Procurement is a plus.
