Job Details
Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end implementation of ERP and CRM systems, from requirements gathering, design, and configuration to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, IT, operations, and finance teams, to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.
Technical Oversight: Ensure seamless integration between ERP/CRM systems and other platforms (e.g., payment gateways, fraud detection systems, digital banking tools) within the FinTech ecosystem.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, manage resources, and monitor performance to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that ERP/CRM systems adhere to financial industry regulations such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, AML, and PSD2. Monitor data privacy and security requirements and implement necessary safeguards.
Agile Project Management: Lead agile project teams, ensuring proper sprint planning, backlog management, and adherence to timelines.
Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve ERP/CRM systems and business processes to drive automation, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
