Administer and maintain the CRM platform used for Forex trading operations (e.g., MT4/MT5 CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or proprietary CRM).
Configure user roles, permissions, workflows, pipelines, and automation rules.
Ensure seamless integration between CRM, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), payment gateways, KYC/AML systems, and marketing tools.
Monitor system performance and resolve CRM-related issues promptly.
Forex Operations Support
Manage client lifecycle from lead generation to account activation, trading, and retention.
Handle CRM configurations related to IB management, rebates, commissions, and affiliate tracking.
Support sales and dealing teams with accurate client data and real-time reporting.
Monitor deposits, withdrawals, trading activity, and account status through CRM.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security within the CRM.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, trading volume, deposits, withdrawals, and revenue.
Provide customized dashboards and reports for management and compliance teams.
Analyze CRM data to identify performance trends and improvement areas.
Compliance & Regulatory Support
Ensure CRM processes align with UAE regulatory requirements (SCA, DFSA, ADGM, as applicable).
Manage KYC, AML, and client documentation workflows within the CRM.
Assist compliance teams during audits by providing CRM reports and records.
Ensure secure handling of sensitive client information.
System Enhancement & Coordination
Coordinate with IT, vendors, and CRM providers for upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Test new features, integrations, and workflows before deployment.
Provide CRM training and ongoing support to sales, retention, and operations teams.
Document CRM processes, SOPs, and user guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience as a CRM Administrator
in a
Forex brokerage or trading firm
.
Strong understanding of
Forex trading operations
, client lifecycle, IB structures, and trading platforms (MT4/MT5).
Hands-on experience with CRM systems used in Forex environments.
Knowledge of
KYC/AML processes
and regulatory compliance in the UAE.
Advanced reporting and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in Excel and CRM reporting tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated financial environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with
regulated Forex brokers in the UAE
