ClusterKnot is a software consulting company, committed to helping enterprises in embracing 'digital' flagship and transform them to deliver values. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility will be to liaise with the project team, client and drive the project implementation.
• Assist the Project manager and lead requirement gathering sessions.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
• Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
• Preparation of project documents - Project Plan, MOM, Scope documents, Functional Requirement documents, GAP list, FRD etc.
• Map client business requirements, configure test and build the application that meets client's processes and objectives.
• Facilitate Conference Room Piot (CRP) and UAT with client
• Provide application support and maintenance to the clients and resolve the day-to-day queries and issues.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team to release the change requests and customizations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Preferably, female candidates on Husband's Sponsorship.
• Experience in Open-source (Odoo, Adempiere, Idempiere etc.) or Legacy ERP (Focus, Tally etc.) implementation
• 2+ years of ERP implementation experience.
• Functional knowledge of modules like CRM, Sales, Warehouse and Inventory, Procurement and Finance
• Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong written skills in English.
• Good leadership skills with strategic thinking, positive outlook, quick learner, work with minimal supervision and team player.
• Ready to work round the clock as per the situation demands.
• Self-disciplined, systematic, and organized on business-as-usual functions.
• Work with high integrity and notify stakeholders immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to AED3,000.00 per month Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• ERP Implementation: 2 years (Required)
